Yesterday we played in Charlotte, NC and today we are in Charleston, SC yesterday was fun at the Amos one of the nicest venues i have played. We woke up in South Carolina at Tracy’s house relieved from finally getting a pretty good nights rest. I walked outside and over to her dock in the backyard and sat down and just listened to a short sermon. It was so relaxing and was the best start to my morning.

After that I started driving to the Amos in Charlotte and we got there sound checked and got some Chipotle. We had a great show a tons of fun. I ran into an awesome Man Of God, his name was Raymond Morehouse and he had know Cory for a while from when he was living in Redlands. He was telling us about his seminary that he is going to and what he was going for in life, he also continued to encourage us and pray for us

Whenever i meet men like this it draws me to Titus 2: ” But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience…….. Likewise, exhort the young men to be sober- minded, in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility, sound speech that cannot be condemned that one who is an opponent may be ashamed having nothing evil to say of you…”

I just started reading Timothy today and I’m stoked on learning about the church and the qualifications within the church and doctrine….. pray that God teaches me ALL that there is to learn in these chapters.
